Faculty Members Present Research at National Conference

Two South University faculty members recently spoke at the American Physical Therapy Association’s (APTA) Combined Sections Meeting, one of the largest physical therapy conferences in the U.S.

Dr. Tawny Chamberlain and Dr. Shannon Herrin presented research centered on the APTA’s Values-Based Behaviors for the Physical Therapist Assistant, as well as the application of these concepts in the development and reinforcement of professionalism in students during the program.

Chamberlain serves as the Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant Program Director at South University, Richmond, and Dr. Herrin serves as the Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant Program Director at South University, Austin.
