South University is pleased to announce Dr. Kezia Lilly, DNP, MBA HC, RN, as Associate Dean for South University’s online programs in the College of Nursing and Public Health. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Lilly has served in a variety of leadership positions in healthcare and education. She worked previously as an arbitration specialist for medical management claims, nursing informatics and managed care nurse consultation for INNOVA Health Solutions since 2011, working with high profile organizations including Walgreens, Veterans Administration, and a variety of large health systems across the country. Dr. Lilly brings over 19 years of clinical nursing, quality management and managed care experience in healthcare including pre-certification, case management, physician and facility auditing, quality improvement, data analysis, presentations, project management, quality reviews and appeals, claims repricing, national provider and facility contracting. She has published nine articles in the past seven years. Dr. Lilly was one of 20 women selected as a Women’s Leadership Institute participant in 2014 and one of Springfield’s 40 Under 40 Top Upcoming Professionals in Springfield, Missouri in 2015. At South University, Dr. Lilly’s passion is teaching students and helping them to achieve their goals, as well as helping faculty embrace the world of technology through her specialty of informatics.
