Dr. Jennifer Hoilman joined South University in January as the Senior Clinical Director to lead the Nursing Clinical Team. She brings more than a decade of experience in nursing higher education in the areas such as teaching, program leadership, clinical experience acquisition and coordination, multi-program and multi-location leadership, student and faculty retention, NCLEX improvement and excellence, state board compliance and site visit success, and accreditation re-approval and site visit success. She has also been invited to speak at local and national conferences on topics related to teaching technologies and social media in nursing education. Dr. Hoilman earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a Nursing Specialization from Capella University, a Master’s of Science in Nursing Education from Walden University, and from her home state of Virginia, a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.
