🎓 Dr. Julie Vogel is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. With over thirty years of experience in both rural and urban settings, she has served individuals and families through community agencies and private practice with deep compassion and clinical expertise.

🧘 Her professional journey includes leadership roles such as Regional Director for an adoption-focused agency and manager of a facility treating chronic and severe mental illness. She brings specialized knowledge in the treatment of substance use disorders and regularly facilitates workshops on parenting, adoption, emotional regulation, and personal safety. As a qualified supervisor, Dr. Vogel also mentors professionals pursuing licensure in mental health counseling.

🤝 Dr. Vogel is known for her warm and empowering relationships with students. She creates inclusive learning environments where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. Her teaching emphasizes multicultural competency, ethical practice, and advocacy, encouraging students to become socially conscious clinicians who serve diverse communities with respect and integrity.
