Faculty Member Named Editor of Academic Journal

South University College of Theology faculty member Douglas Estes, PhD, has been named editor of Didaktikos: A Journal of Theological Education, published by FaithLife.

The journal is for those who teach and train ministry leaders, with a goal of prompting conversations between theological educators around the world. The print version is distributed in the United States and Canada to theology and religious study faculty members, and those outside of the U.S. will receive access to an online edition. The journal’s first issue was published in October 2017.

Estes is the Doctor of Ministry program director and is an assistant professor of New Testament and Practical Theology at South University, Columbia.
