Santos, M.Sc., Ph.D., and the author: Dr. Santos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at South University’s School of Pharmacy. She will be on hand brewing coffee and answering your questions about her ongoing research. Divided into one hundred and one points, the book provides the nutritional properties of coffee, a historical account of its importance in various civilizations, the different varieties produced throughout the world today, and a host of pros that fully attest to its healthful effects and friendly environmental impact.
