West Palm Beach breaks ground on new campus |
SU - West Palm Beach - On September 23, South University and Rendina Companies hosted a groundbreaking event for the new 100,000-square-foot University Centre development. A crowd of over 100 people gathered for a brief ceremony that concluded with the symbolic removal of dirt. South University signed a 10-year lease and became the anchor for the complex in Palm Beach County, Fla., leasing all 40,000 square feet in the first building, with the option of leasing an additional space in a second 30,000-square-foot building. The university expects to move its West Palm Beach campus to the new address in the fourth quarter of next year. Read the press release.
