Instructor Lands Lead Role in Local Play 
SU Montgomery - Susie Priori, MD, Anatomy & Physiology Instructor, won the lead role in a play titled “The Moving of Lilla Barton.” The comedy chronicles the attempts of a small Alabama church’s leadership to evict the widow of a deceased minister from the church rectory. Members of the congregation find that Lilla will not be moved, which leaves them stuck in a spiritual and practical quandary.
The play will be presented at the Red Door Theatre in Union Springs, Alabama, February 12 - 14. Dr. Priori recently performed in “Steel Magnolias” this fall.
